Actress Ameesha Patel, who had gone into obscurity of sorts, has turned into a point of serious discussion on Instagram and even drifted via social networking side media in the wake of being skank disgraced by her commentators.
It was after the actor posted two photos on Instagram in her under garments. The caption of one photo read, “When u have a 7 am shoot and have been up by 5 .. already sleepy .. need some caffeine.”
While some appreciated and posted flattering comments, an overwhelming number of her followers began to slut-shame her with some even asking if she was going for a ‘porn shoot.’
One user said, “U can be abigail ratchford of india, admiring u when i was a kid, still admiring you when i have a kid (sic).”
Ameesha had shot to fame with her debut film opposite Hrithik Roshan, Kaho Na Pyar Hai. Since then she also acted in Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage, Thora Pyaar Thora Magic, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha, Humraaz and Bhool Bhulayia. Last she was seen in Race 2 as Anil Kapoor’s secretary in a raunchy role.
Ameesha is no stranger to controversy. Not so long ago, her statement had caused huge controversy. While commenting on the poor show of Hrithik’s Mohenjo Daro, she had taken a potshot at actor Pooja Hegde, who was making a debut with that film.
Ameesha had said, “I’m sorry that Mohenjo Daro didn’t do well, and the plan was to come with a newcomer, but every film cannot achieve the same success as Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai.”
