The publicity that Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra’s tune — ‘Kala Chashma‘ — from their film Baar Baar Dekho has been entirely strange.
Katrina and Sidharth at first released a ‘first look’ from the song. At that point a teaser from the song was released, taken after a second. At the same time, a countdown was set up to the arrival of the complete melody itself.
‘Kala Chashma’ was discharged on the Flickbay app on Wednesday morning, and having seen it, we can say that the hype isn’t completely undeserved.
This is a great “promotion” tune, which has taken over by ‘item number’ in recent movies.
“I am eagerly waiting to see the reaction of the audience to this song. We have worked really hard to put together this enhanced version with (a lot of) energy,” Sidharth Malhotra said.
Baar Baar Dekho is directed by Nitya Mehra and is slated to release on 9 September this year. It is a love story that traces a character’s life from the ages of 16 to 60.
