There have been comedy shows on TV yet none have earned a cult status like Hum Paanch did. An story of a Mathur family and their five daughters, the show could instantly associate with the audience.
After two decades, a portion of the cast of the hit show reunited for a special episode. Vidya Balan, who began her acting career with this show was seen holding with her on-screen mother Shoma Anand and sisters Bhairavi Raichura and Vandana Pathak amid the shoot of a special scene for Zee TV.
The channel finished 25 years recently and to mark the event, it has assembled a three-hour long special episode which will have stars from notorious shows meeting up. The Hum Paanch Reunion was a piece of a similar episode.
