‘The Script’ needs to work with Rihanna, drummer Glen Power has said.
The title track ‘Rain’ from their most recent collection ‘Opportunity Child’ has Jamaican tunes like the 29-year-old artist’s melodies ‘Work’ and ‘Man Down’.
Glen Power advised, “It is stunning to work with Rihanna. Wouldn’t that be so magnificent? We are constantly open to working with anyone.”
Discussing its takeoff from straight up pop shake, the percussionist said the gathering endeavored to accomplish something else.
“At the end of the day, it’s still The Script, the content is similar and the themes are of love, loss and heartache. We are still The Script, we are just putting on a different coat that is all,” they said.
The Script also comprises lead singer Danny O’ Donoghue and guitarist Mark Sheehan.
