Actor Tom Hardy has got ‘Leo knows all’ inked on his bicep two years subsequent to losing a wager with Leonardo DiCaprio who outlined it. Allegedly, Hardy, who includes in the current year’s Oscar designated film ‘Dunkirk’, said he had been putting off getting the tattoo because of “s**tty handwriting”.
Both the on-screen characters had featured together in the 2015 film ‘The Revenant’. DiCaprio had then said Hardy would sack an Oscar designation for it. Tough differ and they chose that whoever lost the wager would get a tattoo of the victor’s picking. Solid got a Best Supporting Actor selection in 2016, and regardless of not winning he lost the wager.
While Hardy has stayed silent about the announcement for some time, a fan’s selfie with him uncovered the tattoo. “Did you notice the ‘Leo knows…’ tattoo on his bicep? Wasn’t that the bet?” one social media user wrote.
Another added, “Leo should be smiling now.” Back in 2015, after the Oscars, Hardy had said he hadn’t got the tattoo done because DiCaprio’s handwriting was so terrible. “He wrote, in this really s***ty handwriting: ‘Leo knows everything’. I was like, ‘Okay, I’ll get it done, but you have to write it properly.'” The Academy Awards 2018 selection list has eight gestures for Hardy.
