A Chicago masseuse is suing Marvel Comic’s Stan Lee, blaming him for wrong conduct amid two back rubs in 2017.
Maria Carballo recorded the claim Monday looking for more than $50,000 in reformatory harms and lawyer expenses from the 95-year-old author and craftsman.
The Chicago Tribune reports that Lee’s lawyer, Jonathan Freund, called the claim “a squeeze” and says Lee denies the charges.
Carballo additionally recorded a grievance with Chicago police, who are examining.
