The Game and Undertaker’s last match took place at WrestleMania 28 six years ago inside Hell in a Cell in a bout that was billed as ‘The End of an Era’ and included Shawn Michaels as the Special Guest Referee.
Taker beat The King of Kings in a very emotional bout and all three of them walked down the ramp and saluted the fans who gave them a standing ovation.
The WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative claims everything changed after that moment as he joined WWE management, Michaels left and The Deadman’s WrestleMania streak came to an end.
However, the 14-time world champion thought about it again and decided that he will face The Phenom one last time for the same reasons as he wanted to relive their glory days.

Triple H said during RAW after SummerSlam: “When Vince called me a couple of weeks ago and said, ‘Hey, I just finished up the deal with Paul Dainty [President and CEO of TEG Dainty] in Australia and we would like you to wrestle there’. I said, ‘Hell yeah’.
“And then he said, ‘And we would like you to step into the ring against The Undertaker’. And I said, ‘Hell no’.
“But for a different reason than all of you think. Because the truth is, of all the great things I’ve been lucky enough to do in my career, all of the moments that I’ve had, there’s one that stands out head and shoulders against all the others.
“It’s a moment that’s ingrained in my brain and will never come out. It’s a moment at the end of a Hell in a Cell Match between me and The Undertaker.
