Happily married to Mira, and cherishing his new genuine part as a father, performing artist Shahid Kapoor got “back” when gotten some information about his “mystery past” with Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Shahid was at the India Today Woman Summit and Awards when a crowd of people part was quick to think about his “mystery past.”
“I have a secret past?” Shahid asked, almost puzzled.
“How do you know about it? Were you spying on me? I can’t confess to my secret past,” he added.
On being goaded with Kareena’s name, he stated, “How is that a secret, madam? It’s a world secret.”
Afterward, when Shahid was solicited to show one from his move ventures to the gathering of people, he welcomed a similar woman who needed him to discuss Kareena.
“The lady who said, Kareena Kapoor, I want her on the stage. See, this is karma, life gets back. What goes around comes around and it’s not just Justin Timberlake who said that… it’s true for life,” he quipped
Shahid and Kareena had a standout amongst the most discussed connections in tinsel town as of late, and their split sought equivalent media consideration.
Kareena went ahead to wed performing artist maker Saif Ali Khan and is currently a mother to their first kid – a child named Taimur. Shahid went for an orchestrated marriage with Delhi young lady Mira, and they have a little girl, Misha.
Amidst the discourse here, when the host said she won’t go into his past connections, he stated, “So kind of you. Shaadi ke baad yeh sab mat kiya karo (Don’t do all this after marriage).”
He talked about affection and masterminded connections.
Approached if love is an essential for a marriage, Shahid stated, “Of course, it is, but in an arranged marriage, it’s about companionship and friendship first, and love follows.”
