Author Shobhaa De, who started a column with Sonam Kapoor by calling her a “lassie who lacks oomph”, has now alluded to her as “super hot”.
Roused by eBay India’s battle titled #ThingsDon’tJudge, De made a stride towards reconciling with Kapoor.
On Wednesday, she tweeted: “Saw this ad #ThingsDontJudge but people do. Inspired to make amends. Sonam Kapoor, I got it wrong: You are super hot [sic].”
As of late, Kapoor composed an extensive blog , opening up about her battle to manage feedback about her body and brought down body shamers.
Kapoor’s tiff with De started when the creator condemned her film I Hate Luv Storys, naming it as “I Hate Dumb Storys” and depicting Kapoor as “a lassie who lacks oomph”.
Kapoor answered on online networking with: “Guys. Please don’t take Shobhaa De seriously. She’s a fossil who’s getting no action and going through menopause. So just for her.”
